Worthington Woods was my first apt. I live alone in a 1br on 3rd street. I will be moving later this month because I need more amenties, space and especially CLOSET SPACE!!!

The complex is well manicured. The office staff are great. Response time of maintencance request is OUTSTANDING!!! One time my refrigerator was not getting cold and I reported it to the office as soon as I arrived to work. When I got home that evening, I had a brand new refrigerator!!!!

The complex is well lit. Most nights I come home alone after the club and feel safe walking to my building.

I use to have a problem with roaches when I first moved but that's because of my nasty neighbors at the time (thank GOD they were evicted). Ever since, I've seen about 3 roaches and no mice.

Although the neighborhood is in SE, the complex is drama-free. Parking is kinda tight but street parking is close enough so I don't get upset (only when I see the MD tags)!!!

I've heard of stories of peoples apartments on Livingston Rd. getting broken into. Every now and then, you here gun shots but it comes from the complex behind the woods (if you're on 3rd street).

The police frequent the parking lot but they never ticket or tow. Kinda good in a way and kinda bad because abandoned cars have sat for weeks!!!!!!!!

Like most apts., the walls are kinda thin.

Overall, The only problem I have is the space. If you are looking to move on your own and by yourself, YOU MAY WANT TO GET A 2BR!! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
