My experience so far has been ok. Before I moved in I looked around to make sure there wasn't any holes or cracks for mice to get in. The 1st month I was there I did see a mouse in the kitchen, when I called the rental office they sent someone out the very next day. I asked that they move the stove (thats where lil stewart ran) and stuff steel wool back there, and they did, there and every where else I tought wasn't possible. Since then I have not had anymore "lil stewart" problems. Any problems I may have, they fix in a timely manner. The only problems I have is the lack of parking spaces and the thin walls, but now that I know everyone in my building, noise isn't an issue. The building is well kept and I must give them props for not having any roach problems. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I hope you check back and read this-- you wrote this about a month ago. Have you had any problems since? I'm getting ready to move into WW at the end of the month, and would like to know what you think of it now. I know the people in the rental office are good and rude, but I'm more concerned with the critters and the maintenance and the neighborhood.

I still think the apartment is good. Since I've been here I only had to call on maintenance twice, one for the mouse and two for my toilet leaking. They are very prompt with respondig to your call. I have not had any mice problems since feb. I read on here that one person complain of roaches, I have not had that problem. The neighborhood is pretty decent, the noise is kept to a minimum, most of the noise come from little children playing in the court yard. The grounds are kept well, however on the weekends are when it look a little messy, buts thats to be expected with little kids and no cleaning crew on the weekend. For this being my first apt. in Dc I do feel safe. I know who my neighbors are and they know me(on a hi and bye basis). I do think before you move in, the day before or something ask to see the apartment. Check it from head too toe! If you have a male friend or boyfriend have him move the stove to check back there, thats where my lil stewart was. Good Luck! Hope it works out.
