I have lived here for 9 months, I have never had any problems with Mice nor Roaches. I live on Livingston Road which is very quiet and well manicured. The only complaint I have is with the lack of parking spaces; there are individuals who do not have parking permits nor tags on their cars that have been sitting since I got here. I can here my neighboors music underneath me and my nieighboors next door slamming their kitchen cabinets. It's a great apartment for singles with low to moderate income.

Mrs Wimbly the property manager is a ----- and she talks to people any way she wants she is so unprofessional. The apartments are real small but it is a great place to start. When the front door closes the whole building shakes. You can hear the through the walls really well. There is no parking after a certain time so you will have to park on the streets. Oh yeah mice are a Big problem. I haven't seen any roaches but mice run all around. The rental office will send maintance to patch up the holes but the mice seen to come back..that is so nasty!
