These apartments overall are very nice. I have been living here for 2 years. The 3rd day after I moved in I found out I had mice..I never ever saw a mouse runnin around my place but I did hear them and see the droppings. After a few visits from maintenance and complaints from the rental office there was no longer an issue with them.

Maintenance is always quick to respond..especially overnight.

The only thing about the apartment is that it is kinda small. So if you have a roommate things maybe very tight.

Do expect the rent to go up every year...first $20, then $30..and maybe so on.
