The place is too small, no closet space, and paper thin walls. They way it is set up is crazy. My bedroom is my neighbors kitchen, so when they are in the kitchen closing cabinents and running the garbage disposal my wall shakes. Hate it early in the morning when I am trying to sleep.
For 3 years of my stay I put up with mice terribly; finally maintenance figured out a way to keep them out. It's been a year since I seen any mice. Also, when moving in they do not tell you that you have to recertify every year, providing them with all your financial and job information even though its not a subside property.
Now the crime has increase in the area, such as robberies, shooting and loitering, so Im out here.
