I don't know what "rent control" really is but I just recently moved from here..in September. I lived there for about 3 years and the rent did go up every year about $25. The up keep is very good and they also respond quickly to any problems u have in your apartment. The electric bill isn't high at all. Well it depends on how often ur home and if u have an a/c unit. The highest my bill ever went up to was about $60 which was during a very hot summer and a cold winter (had to get a space heater for the room).

I currently live in WW. I have been here for 3 years. I live on the Livingston Rd side and so far its pretty good. The grounds are very kept and Maintanence is GREAT! They respond very fast to my requests. Like the poseter above said the rental increase per year averages $15.00 to 25.00 which is not too bad. I think you will like it.
