I live in WW and have lived here since June 2008. I live on the 3rd St side and I am satisfied as I am coming up on being here 1 year. It is true what they say about if you get home after around 7pm you have to park on the street but even with street parking I am still able to see my car from my windows. I haven't had any problems with mice and only had a slight roach problem which came from my nasty neighbors eating and leaving trash in the hallway. But now that I have complained to the rental office they have come and exterminated the entire building and stepped up on the building maintenance and my building is spotless and smells like lemons daily. True the units are small, I have 2 kids and had to give them the "master" bedroom so that they would have adequate space to grow which leaves me and my fiance' cramped. Overall, I would and have recommended the complex to anyone who is looking to move on their own for the first time and not require alot of space and also because the price is not outrageous.
