nice, convenient, but you can do better

First, the positives: it is very clean and bug-free, which is a blessing.
The maintenance is kind and responsive, and I have never had a problem with them or the rental office.
Now for the minuses: it is a college campus, so depending on your neighbors, you could have really loud ones.
if you have an apartment at the back, be prepared for lots of noise from the surrounding neighborhood at all hours of the night.
Also, the temperature is centrally controlled, so you have to keep your windows open all the time as it gets very hot in the winter.
The amenities are also not great - no disposal, dishwasher, old sinks and not enough storage space.
Also, get carpeting! The finish on the hardwood floors peels.
Overall, for $1100 for a tiny studio, and I mean TINY, you can do much much better in this city
