In addition to being a real pain in the ass when it comes to climate control (there are no individual unit controls, and they keep the building so cold during the summer that most people open their windows to let in warm air which is a total waste of energy and indicative of bad management and cost effectiveness), the building has now made a major mistake 100% of the time I receive a package in the mail. The first time, they never notified me of the package, then denied my receiving the package when I inquired about it. The most recent incident involves the complete loss of my package by the personnel in the manager's office. They run a real Mickey-Mouse operation out of their office here when it comes to receiving packages, especially if you live in the York. Don't be fooled by the great location of the buildings to GW, the horrible service and climate within these buildings will most certainly make you regret your decision to live here.
