Great for GW students

The York is great for GW students looking to go off campus without technically being off campus grounds. The price is right - I pay slightly less for my studio than I did for an Ivory quad, and this place is much quieter and has SO much more space. Management is slightly annoying and the dichotomy of college students and lonely elderly people can be depressing, but for a student this place has been great. Also, it's very safe with all the students, UPD and Secret Service around.
