I've lived at the Yorkshire for a year and a half. It is managed by the most inept and incompetent woman alive. She runs the place like a small fiefdom: tenants can not have pets but she has a dog, tenants can not park in the front turn-around for more than 5 minutes but she parks overnight. She is completely inflexible on anything and a complete pain in the ass when even a simple request is made. The people in the front office are wonderful - very nice, caring and charming. But beware of the manager. Inflexible and not very bright are a bad combination.

The construction is also starting to show it's age. Severe water damage when it rains hard (walls facing the outside get soaked, water spots on the ceiling, rotting drywall around window frames). The building manager (aforementioned) is not responsive to repeated maintenance requests. At this point, the only thing keeping me is the cheap rent but I'm actively looking for something else.

Of the six washing machines, you can count on atleast 2 to be broken at any given time. Of the remaining four, atleast one will eat your money. Once again, completely unresponsive manager refuses to reimburse for these things.
