for a large, old, relatively poorly maintained building like this, I'm surprised at how *few* pests there are. other posters have reported mice or even bedbugs, but I can't confirm this (THANK GOD). but you shouldn't live here (at least not on the lower floors...) unless you don't mind having a few roaches around. I am not okay with having 'a few roaches' around. I hate roaches. I should've known by the brown 'squash' marks on the hallway walls. the front desk staff are great, but the people who are supposed to do the work are somewhat unreliable unless you push them; if I were more interested in getting a spraying, I'd 'bug' them about it, but I don't want to toxify my apartment if I can get away with some cheap traps, gels, etc. don't know about the parking, but I don't think there is any; I gave them the benefit of the doubt marking it in the middle.
