10/01/14 by Verified Resident: Very nice building, great amenities, and staff very friendly and responsive to any concerns or needs. The location is a few blocks from the Verizon Center in one direction, and a few blocks from the National Mall in the other direction. I would highly recommend the Lansburgh to anyone who wants to stay in the DC area. more

09/08/14 by Verified Resident: Nice looking building. Very disappointed in leasing office. They provided me with less than accurate, correct and clear information on several occasions, which has been causing me problems with several issues. They are very slow to respond to maintenance and other requests. more

02/18/14 by anonymous: I'm currently a resident and have been for 7yrs. I love my place, my car was broken into before and the office staff handled it well, I was satisfied. I leave out for work at 5am and sometimes come home in the wee hours of the night and I feel extremely safe. I haven't had a problem with rodents or roaches, thank God! The only thing that irritates me is for what I pay in rent I more

07/28/14 by Verified Resident: The leasing and maintenance staff has been incredibly courteous and responsive. My refrigerator stopped working at 10pm one night, and the maintenance staff responded to my service request within 15 minutes. I had a new refrigerator almost immediately. more

The property manager took a week to complete the task. The boiler in my building season broken for 2 weeks, so we went with no heat in more

04/10/14 by aaronmyers@aaron2.me: I have lived in the Camden Roosevelt for a year now, and it has been a dream come true. The first time I walked into the building I was blown away with the grand mystique of the building, as well as the warmness of the staff. The staff do not treat us as if we are simply residents in the building, but they treat the Camden Roosevelt as our home that we all live in together. I have more

09/28/14 by Verified Resident: Some glitches with the keys on move in and the front desk has some new employees. But overall a good apartment with friendly staff. You can't beat the neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants and sufficient shopping. We are looking forward to living here. more
