10/20/14 by Verified Resident: Clean, comfortable, well maintained units with a friendly helpful maintenance staff. Good location near the subway system in a safe environment. Overall positive experience but need for some improvement in the main management office's responsiveness to building issues. Overall a good experience and I would recommend. more

10/06/14 by Verified Resident: Among a load of new apartments in Columbia Heights and going up in the vicinity of Mount Pleasant, this building remains one of the best values and great living spaces in the area. The neighborhood is safe, the buildings are clean and well-kept, and the staff has always been friendly. Not to mention the units are for the most part sunny and beautiful. I've honestly enjoyed living here. more

02/18/14 by anonymous: I'm currently a resident and have been for 7yrs. I love my place, my car was broken into before and the office staff handled it well, I was satisfied. I leave out for work at 5am and sometimes come home in the wee hours of the night and I feel extremely safe. I haven't had a problem with rodents or roaches, thank God! The only thing that irritates me is for what I pay in rent I more

The property manager took a week to complete the task. The boiler in my building season broken for 2 weeks, so we went with no heat in more

04/10/14 by aaronmyers@aaron2.me: I have lived in the Camden Roosevelt for a year now, and it has been a dream come true. The first time I walked into the building I was blown away with the grand mystique of the building, as well as the warmness of the staff. The staff do not treat us as if we are simply residents in the building, but they treat the Camden Roosevelt as our home that we all live in together. I have more

10/13/14 by Verified Resident: My experiences have been just fine. It is a nice place, but too expiensive for what you get, but not bad overall for this city. The courtyard outlay is a little too much for the bulding and is a minus because you can see into your neighbors places. more
