Randall Mansions

1900 Lamont Street Northwest, Washington, DC 20010

06/13/14 by Verified Resident: With such spacious apartments in such a lovely neighborhood, it would have been difficult to turn down an apartment at Randall Mansions. The building is old, but has a lot of character, including many art deco details. My apartment was not, in my opinion, ready for move-in on the date I was supposed to enter, but management was generally responsive and has agreed to address the issues I had with more

Lansburgh Apartments

425 8th Street NW, Washington, DC 20004

08/21/14 by Verified Resident: The staff at the Lansburgh are always very courteous and helpful. The apartment as a whole was very nice and accommodating. My biggest complaint is the amount of noise heard in the apartment from the outside. I had an apartment overlooking 7th Street on the 4th floor and it was EXTREMELY noisy ... all day and most of the night. It sounded as if the windows were not even there. more

4601 Connecticut Avenue Northwest, Washington, DC 20008

07/07/14 by Verified Resident: Good appearance and conditions of the apartment. Excellent kitchen. Good location with shopping centre and Van Ness metro station 5 minutes walking. A little bit high the level of noise heard in the apartment for the traffic in Connecticut Ave. more

Park Naylor Apartments

2562 Naylor Road Southeast, Washington, DC 20020

02/18/14 by anonymous: I'm currently a resident and have been for 7yrs. I love my place, my car was broken into before and the office staff handled it well, I was satisfied. I leave out for work at 5am and sometimes come home in the wee hours of the night and I feel extremely safe. I haven't had a problem with rodents or roaches, thank God! The only thing that irritates me is for what I pay in rent I more

Park Pleasant

3339 Mount Pleasant Street Northwest, Washington, DC 20010

07/28/14 by Verified Resident: The leasing and maintenance staff has been incredibly courteous and responsive. My refrigerator stopped working at 10pm one night, and the maintenance staff responded to my service request within 15 minutes. I had a new refrigerator almost immediately. more

Sedgwick Gardens Apartments

3726 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20008

07/28/14 by Verified Resident: I have not had any experience with the maintenance crew, so I gave them a 3 to represent that. The staff is good, but I have had issues meeting with the property manager; I am very busy and her schedule is not flexible. I live in the sedgwick gardens building and I love the art deco design and historic feel. The lobby is amazing. My room is small, but comfortable with high ceilings and parkay more

1421 Massachusetts Avenue Northwest, Washington, DC 20005

08/18/14 by Verified Resident: It's nice, decently maintained. Small laundry room & annoying laundry system (have to get a key to get in, etc). Front desk is either nice or dismissive. Elevators are sooooo slow. But I do like it. My neighbors are nice and the walls are thick - I hear nothing. But windows are not and traffic is loud. Usually a quiet building with no drama. more

Camden Roosevelt

2101 16th St. NW, Washington, DC 20009

04/10/14 by I have lived in the Camden Roosevelt for a year now, and it has been a dream come true. The first time I walked into the building I was blown away with the grand mystique of the building, as well as the warmness of the staff. The staff do not treat us as if we are simply residents in the building, but they treat the Camden Roosevelt as our home that we all live in together. I have more
