Woodmont Crossing 19% Recommended May 08 2008: I lived at woodmont for only a year (04/07-03/08)it was descent for the first few weeks until I had issues with my neighbors next door and above me. My next door neighbor seem to be a TIME BOMB that explodes Park Crest at Glover Park 44% Recommended May 08 2008: I've lived at Park Crest for a year. Management is poor with little response to serious issues. The grounds are not maintained whatsoever. If you go by now it's green because it has rained. If you look closely at the Van Ness South 40% Recommended May 08 2008: ****The fire alarms didn t work when the fire killed the woman here. **** NOISE- There is construction nearby most days at 8am that will wake you up M-F. MANAGEMENT- Email the corporate office in Denver your complaint, then follow up with Gables Woodley Park 47% Recommended May 07 2008: I lived in the Gables Woodley Park for three years and was very happy with the building. It was extremely safe and it was great to have one hotel across the street and another one next door. This made the Stone Ridge Apartments 0% Recommended May 06 2008: I previously worked in the rental office of Stoneridge I hated it the management is awful the residents are ghetto and they dont take care of thier children! Its sad that I had to work and live out there! I |
