I have lived here for 2 years with a roommate. It has a lot of college aged individuals living here, and because of this there is a high turnover(moving trucks in parking lot) and can be noisy at night in the building due to parties, which coincide with school breaks. It's really not that bad, just slightly annoying, and management responds right away to noise ...Full review of Tunlaw Park Apartments

I lived at Camden Roosevelt starting in 12/2011. The building is well maintained and features a classy lobby, lounge, and banquet space. The gym is very high-end with free weights, bench press, dozens of treadmills, and a sauna. My 2B/2B apt has new appliances, stacked washer and dryer, as well as thermostat controlled heat and air. When I moved in I did not think the price was too high. My partner and I were paying $2,475 for a two-bedroom apartment, a parking spot, and dog rent for our two pugs. We are law students and live off of a fixed income from our federal loans. When we signed our lease we were warned that the price may go up if the apartment cannot offer the same amount of concessions. However, the ...Full review of Archstone Tunlaw Gardens

I've LOVED living in Camden Grand Parc. I was getting really worn out trying to find a good apartment in DC until I stumbled upon Camden. It's prices are comparable to other buildings in the area, but the service, quality, and amenities were far superior to the other places I was looking at. It was an easy decision to move in. After move in, I've been thoroughly pleased with my experience. I've ...Full review of Camden Grand Parc

Can't agree with more that the building front desk coverage is terrible. I avoid picking up packages from them by shopping in store instead. I only have a weekend job and hates the fact that the building constantly shuts off the A/C and water 9am-5pm twice a month. I am getting excited to
