Squirels living in my roof, caused damage!

Over a month ago, my husband started calling to complain about the squirels living in our roof. The hole in the roof has yet to be fixed. Not to mention the squirels chewed a hole through the rubber tube that carries the gas to our grill. When I called to complain to the rental office, the said it was just mother nature. I thought mother nature had squirels living in the trees, not in my roof. The new tube is $46, and they won't reimburse us. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
