When I move in I had a leak in from the ceiling the first week but maintance was very fast and took care of it. Very nice size for the money. Pretty ---- about charging for lost keys or fixing holes in wall and things like that. They'll really stack up the charges when you move out. The gate is nice sometimes when there is a decent person wroking it but other times it seams pretty useless. They do have alarms in all the apartments though. Overall they're ok but if your impressed by the gate, forget it.
