I think Christiana Mdws is the best place to live in Delaware. I am living here since August 02.

I am currently considering a 2br/2bath unit, at C-Meadows,AWAY from route 1 where the samples are, bldg 12-13 I noticed a lot of closet/storage space. Are most of the neihbors at least respectful of others, not many LOUD /rockrap parties, are certain section more oriented with mature adults. How are the heatong costs in the winter with elec heat for a 2ft floor unit, if you take a rear unit can't you avoid the step problem by going in/out via slider in the lr ? I take it you take your trash to the compactor to aboid those awful firdty looking dumpsters in the parking lots elsewhere bill |

Noise is unberable on all the apts. in the rear close to Rt.1. Management
doesn't cooperate and allows person to move to another apt.Gym equipment
is all broken and a filthy infected jacuzzi is in the gym room.
