I have lived in this complex since August 03'. I have had little to no problems with anyone or anything. I LOVE my apartment and pretty much keep to myself. The old people that live below me are annoying but hey..it's better than a criminal. If you can afford the place I would suggest it to anyone. The "gym" is out of date and not big enough for what it holds...but it has potential.
