The good and the bad

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2002
My wife and I lived there for 4 years.
Only the last of which were we married,
and after the first 3 years moved from
a one bedroom to a two bedroom.
Living there was wonderful. It was quiet
both in the apartment and out. The residents
and office staff were wonderful. The maintence
crew was decent.
Our only complaint was upon moving out they
made complaints against us which took over half our
security and pet (we had 2 cats) deposits, which
we totally disagreed with. However before we had a
chance to respond to these claims the work was done
leaving it as an our word against the maintance crew's
and of course we know who they will believe when they
kept $900 of our money.
In the end I'd say it's a great place to live but before
you move out, take a lot of pictures (before you move
in too for that matter) and have some witnesses look
over the place as well so you don't get screwed with
a your word against theirs argument.
