My girlfriend lives there for 3 years on the 1st floor and it was all fine, management is very polite and respond to inquires rather quickly. Community is safe and no "shady" activity at all. one very important thing is that this community is very pet friendly and allow large breeds in the area. Grass and streets are very well maintained. Snow removal sometimes can be tough, not sure how they work their contracts. the community has various stands with bags and trash bin for your pets potty time. the community also has designated recreational parking for boats and RVs. we decided to go with the first floor because of the amount of grassy areas there are. the one thing i love about the apartments apart from washer and dryer is independent entrance. you dont have to walk into a building and then find your door. i myself have lived there for a year. the ONE downside to the apartments or at least the 1st floor is depending on where your building is located we had a corner 1st floor lot, and has some issues with Mold growing in the corner of the walk in closet and also along the window sills but maint. Was very responsive on getting this issue resolved. another bad thing about the apartment is that in every single apartment the folding doors to access the washer and dryer, 1 of the doors never stay on the rack lol. But it is something very little.

I have been in this complex for 15 years and I get upset with pet owners who do NOT pick up their dogs mess! One of these fine days they will find tied on their handle or laid in front of the door. There are children out there playing. If they do not want to be responsible to clean up after the pets then move out or get rid of the pet. MOLD IS HAZAROUS TO YOUR HEALTH and the complex owner/mangers are liable, especially if you already have a respiratory disease. It used to be so quiet and once I closed the doors, I couldn't even hear the kids play which is kinda funny since I lost part of my hearing and I hear people coming and going at all hours of the night. This used to be a SOLID 5 star complex and it has gone downhill over the past year or two it has dropped to a 3.5
