The dishwasher, dryer, garbage disposal all were nonfunctional and had to be worked on or replaced in the first week I was there.
The Management changed twice in my one year stay here. In that time I was served 4 times with notices of unpaid rent after they had already cashed my rent check on the first of the month. They then waited 4 months before notifying me so that they could try to charge me with $200 in late fees. Once the Management realized they were wrong (after 2 months of paying for notarized bank documents) they tried to make ammends by discounting my rent. They then waited another three months to send me a notice that I had not paid the $20 they told me to discount my rent and proceeded to this time try and charge me $254 in late fees. They currently have complaints against them at the Delaware department of consumer affairs. They will try to extort money from you. Do not sign here.
