Don't stay here. To much money for such a lousy apartment. Last summer I got cochroaches, and still had them after the exterminator supposedly got rid of them. 95% of equipment in the gym is broken. Walls so thin I can hear my neighboors alarm clock in the morning. Bedrooms face the parking lot so it sound like cars are being parked in your bedroom, and the people talking out side sound like they're yelling in your ear. My car was vandalized. Area seems very shaddy. My pilet light went out three times in a month. And the kicker... I got locked out of my aprtment one cold March night so I called the emergency number... Thye don't unlock doors after office hours b/c maintenance doens't have keys... call a lock smith I was told, eventhough the spare key was less than 200 ft. away. I asked the person on the phone how I was suppose to get ahold of a locksmith and she said look inthe phone book... And how do I get to a phone book when I'm lock outside' I had to shell out $75 dollars to get back into my apartment and wait in freezing weather w/ a cold for 45 min., when one of the great things advertised about fox run was their after hours emergency service. I guess getting locked out side in freezing weather, when you're already sick doesn't qualify! NOw I've switched to a monthly lease b/c I can't wait to get out of there. I pay an extra hundred dollars for this convenice but was just told that I have to still give a 60 day notice for a monthly lease! Isn't this illegal since they also offer 2 month leases'
