This complex has gone downhill significantly. Management is very slow and unresponsive to resident needs with regards to repairs, safety issues, appearance of grounds and trash. Since new management took over in 2003, there has been a steady decline in the apartment complex. There used to be security in the complex, but no more. And now is when we need it. Cars get broken into, kids from complexes close by come in and fight. We pay rent that includes use of tennis courts and a gym, but the lights are out in tennis courts so you can't use them at night and the equipment in the gym is old and broken. There are garbage dumpsters that are always full with overflowing trash all around. Obviously, the manager never leaves her desk and walks aroung the complex to see the trash, dog waste, shopping carts, and abandoned vehicles. I could go on but I think you all get the picture. I won't be renewing my lease with Fox Run, I have had enough!!! The sooner I can get out, the better.
