I have lived here for about a year and a half now and I have had enough. I was recommended to Fox Run by my company when I was transferred here.
Let's talk the tenants first. When I first got here all was pretty good but the caliber of the tenants has really dropped. I know none of my neighbors and do not care to. Car horns being blown at 6:30am right outside my bedroom because someone's ride is here. Doors being slammed so hard that my apartment vibrates and parents and their children stomping up and down the stairs at all hours with no regard to the neighbors. Garbage being piled on patios....it's really beginning to look trashy. And now there are roaming bands of teens at nite carrying on and making noise at all hours. That's not managements fault but why aren't these parents being held accountable by management'
Now the office staff...trying to get anything done is like pulling teeth. Nothing gets done unless you threaten to call the corporate property management office. Now they are not all bad. There is one person who has been on staff since I got here and I think she is the only one that has a clue and tries her best to help but since she is not the general manager her hands get tied up pretty well. The maintenance staff is a joke, most things I fix myself rather than have to call 4-5 times and get irritated. Dumpsters are often overflowing with garbage and even the landscaping and grounds care have gone downhill in the past year.
Fitness Center' I don't think so. It's dirty, almost all the equipment is broken. They should be embarrased to advertise that as an incentive to move in.
Overall I am very disappointed with my experience here. It could be a GREAT place to live but until they improve the management, staff and take responsibilty for tenants they are moving in and upholding basic rules (which they clearly have printed when you move in but never enforce) they will continue to lose the good tenants who try and make it a nice and comfortable place to live and pay their rent faithfully and on time.
Better wake up Fox Run and Morgan Properties! You are losing a lot of good current tenants and future good tenants. I can tell you I would never refer anyone here the way it is now and actually making sure my company does not anymore either.
