Let me say first off that the rent is not bad for the apartments. I've been fairly happy with the apartment itself and like the layout. There are some issues however:
a) the neighborhood is noisy as hell. Every other car going by either has a modified exhaust system or an obnoxiously loud stereo, which when loud enough, can be heard in any room. The management certainly can't be faulted for this. B) sometimes horrible maintainance issues. I've had many visits particulary for pilot light issues, a/c and heating problems. C)Trash. Not enough dumpsters and the ones that are here aren't emptied enough. D) Uncaring neighbors-the place can look like a pig sty with litter on the grounds and steps, dog poop everywhere and people who will park their cars and leave them for months at a time.
There are certainly worse places to live, but I cannot recommend the place in all honesty.
