I have just moved to Fox Run and I am already unsatisfied with the service that I am receiving. I am writing this post at my mother's house because my heater blew up! My heater has been broken for over a week and I keep receiving empty promises from maintenance that it will be fixed once they receive a part for the heater which they say they will order ASAP. I have already called them more than 4 times asking about status...they promised me every single day last week that they will have the heater working the next day! I had a maintenance man come over tonight and he was able to get the heater working however it blew up since the old part was still there. This guy informed me that it would be fine...can someone say that the maintanance men dont know what they are doing' The management is a joke as well! The lady tells me to go to another office which I have already went to multiple times with no avail. Whoever is reading this and is thinking of moving to Fox Run...dont! I just moved here and I regret it already.
