Fox Run

 

I don't even know where to start.

I have lived at fox run for aprox.

2 months and it sucks.

When I first moved in the apartment smelt like old cheese.

It took atleast a week for that smell to go away.

None of my cabinets had shelves.

I was told they dont come with shelves, but yet my neighbor has them.

My windows did not have locks or the bar that protects the window from being open, for the first month that I lived here.

First floor, no locks, and i am a woman living alone with a child.

They didnt care because it wasnt there child.

I cant see out of any bedroom windows because they have that nasty film from the propane gas, and they will not replace.

All of the windows are drafty.

(just got a $198 gas bill, just gas, not electric) The maintance man told me to put plastic on my windows.

First of all that looks awful and secondly, i shouldnt have to put plastic on my windows.

The paper you have to turn in within 3 days of moving in was lost.

Luckly i had them make me a copy.

she tried to tell me i never turned it in.

I was not paying for all the stuff that was wrong.

Cant use any water if someone else is in the shower.

You get scolding hot water.

That is so dangerous not to mention i think it is illigeal to have the water set that high.

So that is just a small example of the hell that i have to go through for $829 a month.

(they say $809 but then you have to pay $10 for a corner unit because you are getting 2 extra windows you cant see out of and then another $10 not to face the road.)
