I moved to Fox Run September of 2005 & moved out in Jan of 2006.
I took them to court to terminate my lease.
I won the case beacuse I recorded all communication with them.
They never fixed anything and one night, I was stuck in my bedroom.
Yes stuck, the bedroom door would not open, it was jammed.
That incident was the last straw.
I have lived in many apartments in DE; Fox Run is by far the absolute worst.
If you care about your living conditions, don't move there.

This is the only apartment I have EVER lived in where they wouldn't give me a 60 day notice to move with a new job, they said penalties and I'd still have to pay out the rest of the lease. Does this sound fishy to anyone?

Oh ya, My friend just moved out not even 2 1/2- 3 weeks ago. They said to her she wasn't allowed to breck her lease. Yet, she gave notice. And cleaned and fixed the apartment and it was spotless. Yet, they took her pet deposit/500 and her sureity deposit as well. And they send her note saying you owes the 395.00 I believe. Believe me I know what what you mean. I hope they get shut down or something in a couple years. |
