Am writing because.

Me and Family has lived here for nearly 5 years.

I hope this will be our last.

Management is ridulous.

They don't ever accept calls from tenants.

You have call someone else.

Noise is bad as well.

We have had a loud,
anoying neighbor and they won't do anything.

They won't fix the windows,
gas meters, stairs, etc....We didn't have heat this winter.

And our
AC doesn't work like it use too.

Ants all over the place.

My friend lived here for 5 years.

And he apartment was flouded.

And they
didn't replace carpet until 2 years ago.

Plus, She just moved out.

They said that she owed them 395.00.

She wasn't allowed to move out.
Yet, the apertment was spotless and fixed the way it came.

So,
they took her pet desposit/500 plus her surcurty desposit as well/175.00
and said that she owes them 395.00.

Yet, She left on March 31,2007.
Charging her for April's rent.

They can repave the parking lot and fix sidewalks.

But, they can't/won't
do anything else.

Except raise rent year after year and don't even get
your moneys worth here.

Me and & my family hope to out of here next year 2008.

All this place
is a rip-off.

And all they want is the money.
