Fox Run

 

Upon entrance you should be immediately turned off
because the grounds are covered with dog poop, though it was not like this three years ago it has been for the last two and there doesn't seem to be any chance it will change.

The police are there constantly for one reason or another...

for example I have had multiple drug addicts living net door to me.

Not that I have anything against drug addicts but you get the point.

There was shooting in the complex by the townhouses.

This shooting was between drug addicts to reference my earlier statement.

The repo man is on the frequent "flier" program at fox run or said simply enough he s there all the time.

Animals I mean people park in the parking lot day and night that are not residents.

Why would someone park there if they don't live there I'll tell you why fox run is a haven for drug dealing and unregistered, uninsured cars or for other illegal purposes.

My most recent neighbor before I moved was taken out in handcuffs more than once.

At most complexes if you have a problem you report it to maintenance and they fix it the same applies to fox run except they don't fix the problem they write it on a small piece of scrap of paper and you can only imagine how many seconds it takes them to throw that into the trash as you the leave the office.

It took me fifteen months to get the hole in my ceiling fixed.

I sorry I didn't tell you bout the hole well previous tenants above me flooded their apartment form their toilet bowl yes their ---- water which leaked into my first floor apartment creating a huge hole in my bathroom...

it was lovely.

fox run never wants to know or help if they re a tenant who is causing problems such as screaming, blasting music or trying to break into your apartment.

If you lock yourself out of your apartment they are not obligated nor will they come no matter the problem to let you in with their extra key that they require you to give to them.

The only thing fox run is missing is the groceries because they have a plentitude of ACME shopping carts all over the grounds and most of them pile up at the garbage bin.

The ACME truck makes weekly trips to come pick up the carts, it may be a good business investment to sell those carts on ebay.

Residents hardly even put the garbage in the garbage bin they just rather toss it somewhere within 50ft of it.

So when you go to throw out your trash it is like an obstacle course to get it into the bin.

The gorgeous bin is a site to see with all the roaches, ants, flies and other insects that along with you call fox run home.

I guess to try to put a positive spin on this if you love surprises this might be your place because when they say the rent will never go up they and surprise you by jacking your rent up, and as I said before your apartment will be falling apart regularly.

Last but definitely not least fox run will try to extort money form you.

Make sure you have a lawyer or a degree in business because they try to charge you for an extra two months of rent even if you give them the 60 day notice they require and don't break the lease they just want to f you as much as possible.

My lawyer was able to bring the penalty we were supposed to pay down to 5% of what they requested; it was a moral victory for me.

So in summary do not move to fox run and I know it should be capitalized because it is a name but to give these jokers more credit than they deserve which is none would be out right ridiculous and I have had a enough ridiculous living which is why I left.
