We moved in expecting the best.

we saw the model, it was set up great..

the price was reasonable, we learned about the 2 pools and brand new club house, the tennis courts and the ability to have pets.

It seemed wonderful...

its been a far cry.

Our first clue should have been the fact they wouldnt let us see the actual apartment we were moving into (st andrews right down the street does and oh ps, come february thats where we're going!!) ANYWAY, they wont show you the actual apartment, when we moved in, our washer and dryer didnt work, we didnt have hot water, our fridge flooded all over, our dish disposal didnt work, the blinds were half off the window the toilet over flowed, the toilet seats where on the floors in the bathrooms with the toilet paper holder and there were holes in our walls.

Our water heater got fixed 5 days later (after not being able to shower/wash dishes for 5 days) our washer got fixed 2 months later and the dryer another month after that.

Our fridge finally got fixed 6 months after we moved in, we fixed the holes ourselves.

The blinds still fall off the windows and you never get a call back from maitanance.

The club house is always closed, and the key cards that give you access too it after hours are always broken.

The pool is $10 a day per guest, so dont even think about having a friend come swim unless you want to go broke..

OH and you have to know 2 days ahead of time so they can make the pass..

.its ridiculous.

We're moving out this weekend and I cant WAIT
