Terrible apartment

Okay. Where do I begin' This is the worst apartment that I've EVER LIVED in. The apartment construction is awful. The maintenance staff is totally incompetent.
I have children and the kids here are unreal. I don't even let my kids go outside. I mean, these kids are so wild, you'll think you're living in a housing project. If you have children and you care about their welfare, this is the worst place to live.
The a/c and heating systems are so inefficient, your a/c and heating bill end up being exorbitant. All of my neighbors had ridiculous bills.
Avoid this place like death. It is the WORST rental property in the state of Delaware. I'm so glad that we're moving into a house.
P.S. Some of the neighbors were kind of seedy. These are not people who you would ask to check the mail when you're out of town. Seriously, there were two men there that couldn't go to far from their homes because they had on ANKLE BRACELETS. What more can I say'
