I've lived here at Huntley Glen for a little over 11 months and I have to say that my experience has not been too bad. The only reason I'm moving is because my roommate and I have decided to get our own places to live. There are a lot of kids in this neighborhood and I think the parents living here can do a better job of keeping their kids out of the streets. We did get a letter here recently from the rental office addressing the rowdy kids problem but I'm not sure if they did anything else. All of our experiences with the rental office have been pleasant and when we needed something fixed, they were quick to send maintenance to address the problem. I will say that the maintenance guys around here are probably the worst I've ever encountered because they will get things fixed but they never clean up any mess they make and if they come when we're not home, they never leave a note to say somethings fixed. The only reason we can tell is because of the mess they always leave. Overall I like the layout of our three bedroom and we've had no excessive electric or water bills here. So I would say that I've had no major problems with the apt. or staff here besides the maintenance crew. An no I'm not a rental office staff member.
