Don't rely on the staff with your packages

I had a package delivered at one time that was signed for by a certain member of the staff. When it wasn't there, the staff stated they never received it. I showed them the online signature of the person in question, who later recanted and stated "We don't accept responsibility for it." Within 1 week, everyone had letters on their door demanding them to sign waivers for package deliveries.
Why would they sign for something and not expect someone to hold them accountable if it's not there'
If you don't believe me, when reviewing the apartment, ask them to show you where they keep packages. Note how it is unlocked at all times. And also look at the back door around the corner. Don't risk it!
