a good experience

Fairly new construction. Nice places. Many have probably only been lived in once. One bedroom units are terribly overpriced, but larger units are more affordable. The three bedroom is a good deal for the area. Nice layout, adequate space in bedrooms. Kitchen is far too small in two and three bedroom units. Not nearly enough cabinets. Parking is not a problem. There are plenty of spaces at each building. The maintenance man is always hard at work cleaning up the grounds by the time most people leave for work in the morning. Nice, friendly guy. The property well kept, including pool and tennis court. Apartments are located in a triangle of land that is surrounded by two busy streets and a highway, so noise level outside from traffic is often high. The tennis court is located along side of the highway, making it impossible for players to hear one another. But noise from neighbors or traffic has never been a problem inside the unit. Great fitness room, but it would be better if it were open 24 hours. Safe area. Office and maintenance staff have generally been very professional and efficient. Full washers and dryers in each unit. Cable and phone jacks in every room, including the kitchen. Well-lit open breezeways outside. The rental agreement has too many little rules and stipulations, but it beats a nosey landlord who is always coming around to see what you are doing. Plenty of stores and restaraunts and entertainment in the immediate area. Great place to be!
