Apparently the first two ratings came from the staff...
The place is well maintained, but located between two major roads, so traffic noise is TERRIBLE. I could never sleep without earplugs. The balconies are absolutely useless, unless you want to go deaf from noise.
Prices are too high, too. And think about your lease term, they charge you two months rent penalty for early move-out.
