I lived at School Bell for over 2 years and couldn't disagree with the previous reviews more. The staff has never been anything but pleasant and helpful. Repair items were always taken care of immediately. The place is beautiful, they take great care of the grounds. If I had not bought a house, I would have stayed there forever! I didn't have any problems with their rules and regulations, they are what makes it a nice, quiet place. I think the guy who wrote the previous reviews (they were obviously from the same person)had a problem following rules and got mad when he got busted.
