I have lived in School Bell for only two months. Yeah Route 1 is noisy but I can't hear it from Building 400 in the front, so choose wisely. It is well constructed and functional, large bathroom and more closets than you can ever use, with walk-in capacity and wire rack shelving. Outside stairwells keep the clunker foot noise way down. First rate locks, doorknobs, and doors make this a nicer place than most. Mailboxes close to your unit are a treat, unlike most other places where you have to drive a mile to get your mail. Hey: The business center and the free Internet use and conference center with its courtesy package acceptance' I think it is classy and quite nice. If you don't like it don't use it. I've lived in much worse!
