Yeah the apartments/buildings look nice. Living spaces are rather small but they have lots of closet space, even bathrooms are sooo big you'd think you could have used it more for living space. Kitchen is nicely sized except for pantry in the corner which is so small, also with the coat closet near the entrance. Some neighbors are noisy and inconsiderate. One time in 2002, several apartments has been broken into in broad daylight no less! So I'd say security is lax. The doors can be easily kicked open. Most of the staff are nice but the manager is not. Imposes too many limitations on the tenant. If you keep to yourself and pays your rent, this could be liveable, otherwise get another place to live in.
