Someone is obviously not happy with the way we manage our property, but remaining nameless. Kind of makes you wonder''''' However, please be assured that School Bell is VERY well kept. The grounds are beautiful, and the apartments are maintained great! How someone would say we are a dump is beyond me. Before you believe what someone has written good or bad please be sure to check it out yourself. I can assure you our community is one of the best in Delaware! We take pride in keeping our community in great shape and to keep our residents happy. However, if someone doesn't come to us and say what is bothering them it is impossible to help.
