Speaking of remaining nameless, have you taken a look at the positive 5.0 (perfect) reviews and the people who remain "nameless"
or have phoney screen names' Kind of makes you wonder huh' Management is using this as their own free advertising. Please view all the positive reviews and judge for yourself. I stand by my earlier review and the fact that the management is this dishonest and sneaky should speak volumes. It took someone calling them on it before they even admitted who they were. And since you are management you are not exactly an unbiased source as far as your opinion of this place. Did it ever dawn on you that a number of tenants have come to you about issues, ie loud tenants, poor maintenance, shady characters in the neighborhood, misleading advertising when you rent, and you have done absolutely nothing' I am moving and would urge anyone to really "tour" the place first. Don't let the management show you what they want you to see. And don't believe ANYTHING they say.
Get it in writing. Also the management has no control over this, but this is really a declining and unsafe area. Think twice, and as I said look at the phoney reviews to let you know what type of people you are dealing with.
