School Bell has been great

I moved to School Bell in October and the only "problem" I have had has been my malfunctioning fireplace. We've called maintenance and they have responded promptly every time. However, it still isn't fixed.
As for the awful postings, I haven't encountered anything like that AT ALL. My apartment has been great and even complimented on by friends and family for being above standard.
I am not employed by School Bell, by the way.
