I have lived here for 7 months. This has not been a good experience. When you pay high rent, you think your going to be in a good place. It's not always like that is what i found out. By the way, the tenant who posted the last review seems to be to interested in what other tenants are posting. Don't you think, That is a little strange. I think, It's probably the office trying to post positive reviews again. Anyway, Maintenance is not thorough at all. All they do is patch up! The office staff is extremely rude and does not help tenants at all! their very arrogant! Avoid this place if u can. It's not worth your money!

Amazing!! Once again another post with NO specifics! I have lived here almost one year, and just renewed my lease. I have NEVER had any of the problems that all the people talk about. My experience has been good!

I can't believe you are still here. Haven't you figured out that the positive comments ARE NOT FROM THE OFFICE. I'm still waiting to see if you are willing to take my bet that I AM NOT A EMPLOYEE OF SCHOOL BELL APTS. Put your money where your mouth is.
