I am not a tenant, nor do I work in the office. However, I am in the business and view this site often. I also view other communities in the area, School Bell being one of them. I would also like to say that it is foolish as to the games and nonsense that is being played on here. How are old you anyway' This site is totally being abused for its purpose. I must say that in order for this to be resolved, the owners of your property must be willing to file a lawsuit against the "JOHN or JANE DOE" as apartmentratings.com refers to them. They CAN NOT give their identity to you unless required by the courts to do so because it is against the law. Further action can be taken and their identity will be revealed if you FILE A LAWSUIT! I highly suggest that you do so or the abuse of this site will continue for who knows how long. I am appalled as to how long this has been going back and forth and to think that people actually must get "excited" over this. What ashame! If you have a problem, then BE A MAN OR A WOMAN and speak to the Property Manager in regards to your issues instead of hiding behind closed doors if you have so many problems. Don't go on a website and trash it because maybe you are an ex-employee, maybe you were evicted for your lease violations, maybe you don't pay your rent on time, etc. Whatever the reason for your negativity, you have a PASSION for doing so which means 1 of the above. I hope that this can be worked out like civil adults instead of children. I will also say that the more the office responds, the more it adds for fuel to the fire. Like I said, do something about and make an example out them.
