Well........Have lived here for a year and a half, and read the reviews below. I don't have a whole lot of contact with the management. Just pay my rent and haven't had maintenance issues. But my neighbors have. Seems like the management pretty much sucks, from what I hear. Again not that much contact with them. My neighbors are great, we look out for each other. The area, bad. It's some St. Andrews and a whole lot of the surrounding area. I think a lot of the people are "guests" ect of people here. The incident described with the fight below is about on the mark. You will see a lot of that. Not that dangerous, but for the rent they charge should be better. If this place was 150 or 200 dollars cheaper I could understand that stuff. But they advertise upscale and don't deliver. They do need security and a gate, but the management is cheap, so I doubt that happens. They are generally a pain to deal with, and not really honest. My neighbor had her car broken into, and they basically didn't care when she told them. They are out for the money like most landlords. I think what the people on here were pissed about is all the reviews the management wrote pretending to be someone else. Really sneaky. Don't be surprised if you aren't asked to write something good by them. My neighbors were. If I had to do it again, I would't move here. But since I am, too much trouble and expense until I find something permenant.

Regretall, you say you don't work for management, yet you continue to make these really stupid and irrelevant rebuttals to every negative post. People have posted FACTS about this place to assist prospective rentors in making an informed decision about a place to call home for a year or more. A lot of the problems obviously are not advertised by management, as they want people to rent here. So they don't mention the trains, and they make misleading statements about it being "upscale" and "luxury", which they get away with, because it is new construction and many rentors are new to the area and aren't aware that we're surrounded by trailer parks. My story about the little punk beating his girlfriend was intended to convey the class of people you are likely to encounter here. It wasn't a dig at management, and I DID call the cops as my post stated. Again, it's just a FACT about something I witnessed, people can draw their own conclusions. As for reporting crime to management and them not caring...that's another thing a prospective rentor should know...that managements does NOTHING with regard to security. And the management posting here and urging rentors to post positive reviews is well documented, and is further evidence of their dishonesty. I wish I knew all of these things before I signed my lease, so I'm happy to help others who are contemplating the same.

This place is far from "upscale" and "luxury". I am pretty sure regretall is from the management or asked to post by the management, how else can you get any logic out of what she/he has posted. If you think a man beating the crap out of woman is acceptable, then YOU have issues regretall. Just WHAT is the management giving you for posting all this BS???? I agree the Management could care less about any type of security. Why don't you give it a rest regretall, or whoever you are.

what are you slow? WHERE DID I SAY THAT IT WAS OK FOR A MAN TO BEAT HIS WOMEN! NO WHERE! HOW ABOUT READING! WHAT I WAS SAYING WAS IT CAN HAPPEN ANYWHERE, RICH OR POOR, DOES NOT MAKE A DIFFERENCE. What needs to happen now is that since theres a police record management should get involved and either fix the situation or evict the tenant. we do not need this kind of nonsense around our kids. PS...Theres a perfect place for that kind of stuff right on the other side of the highway |
