I saw the insert in the Sunday Paper (News Journal) this weekend. Looks like our Manager is at it again. It was cleverly disguised as a "How to find an apartment" article while pushing Saint Andrews. I have lived here for a year, and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. One of the features was "Location, Location, Location", LOL. Has this woman looked at where this place is "located"'
It was sheer effrontery and deceit. I can't even get her to clear out the hoodlum teenagers hanging around my building. Just seems the Management isn't interested.I read the article and "wondered" if I was living on Mars, LOL. I have an idea: clean this dump up first before spening $$$ on advertising.

if you didn't know yet she no longer works for st andrews, guess you need to go to the office and see who is in charge now

Oh the sheer effrontery of it all! I do declare! I've got a mind to march up to that office and confront these rapscallions! Having the audacity to print such scandalous lies and half-truths in our beloved News Journal! Why don't they clean up these hoodlums and ragamuffins that pollute our lanes and byways! It's gotten so that a person can scarcely feel safe on their evening jaunt to the haberdasher!

Did you look at where it was located when you obviously rented there???????????? You contradict yourself. You people have no life. If you have lived there a year, you have obviously renewed. If you don't like it, then MOVE!!!!!!!!!! Or do you not live there? You people seem to really have a passion for hurting the reputation of St. Andrews. Pure envy and jealousy. Hi Happyrenter, Gee, the rental office is more obvious than usual. Maybe we were lured in here by a bunch of lies and promises by the rental office pretending this place was what it wasn't. The actual quesion is: Why don't you people stop lying, misrepresenting, and trying to use this site for your own purposes? You should tell people about your experience if you don't work in the office. They monitor this site all the time and are obviously biased. So tell us why you are a "Happy Renter"???? Also what is there to "envy" about this place, LOL. I have a feeling this IS obviously from the rental office and typical, LOL. PS My lease ends 12-31-05 and you people know pretty well the expense involved in moving. this is your game. Give it up.

My fiance and I had come to visit St. Andrews because we are from NJ but were looking to move to the area. When we asked for a tour, the girl in the office said she was just too busy to help, so she handed us the keys to the models and we showed ourselves around. Yea-that's professional. We came back a second time. We actually got someone to walk around with us. She told us it's a beautiful place, very quiet, and all the tenants are so friendly. So I had asked about the reviews I've seen here, and she laughed and said "pay them no mind." We came back a third time, this time at night. Well, lets just say THANK GOD I'm ---- about knowing alot about something before I jump in, because being there at night made me feel like I was in Atlantic City at night-which by the way, is not a pretty sight.

That is basically what they do. Lie. They are like used car salesmen. They will sell this place at any cost, without regard to the tenants. Then when they have you in a lease, it's a differnet story. Glad you saved yourself the trouble, wish I had. Thye hate this site, which is a good thing.
