It is always the same........they push this site, and try to make it their own "free" advertising.....Who then is "Happy Renter" by the way' These people will tell you ANYTHING to rent and then screw you once you are here.
May I remind you the drama you speak of is of the Management's own making''' They rent to anyone who comes off the street, and I MEAN anyone.The unsafe area, the domestic fights, and...the shoddy management. Avoid of this place. The Managemet will tell you ANYTHING to rent here. They really should stop lying. The last review obviously got to them. These people got out of Dodge and avoided a ghetto.

You mean you're not a "Happee Renter"??? LOL I think the recent reviews are kind of funny actually...they are so blatantly fake that they stand on their own as kind of a parody, like the Onion is a parody of the news. Pointing them out as fake almost ruins the irony. But then I've been accused of having a warped sense of humor.

My, happee_renter what a condsending response. Maybe the reason you are getting "slammed" with being called Management is probably you are. I have read all of the posts and you seem to rebutt every negative one. Any reason for that? We all don't live in the townhouses some of us live in the apartments. Do we have to pay yet more moeny for a decent place to live? One of the things that really gets people angry is that the management does think people will believe their phoney posts. It doesn't take a genius to see what they are doing on here.

Angela, I rebut the responses because after I posted my original comment, everyone screamed "Management." I am aware that on this site some leasing offices go in and post fake reviews- shame on them. But my main point was that people can't assume that EVERY positive review is written by management. It frustrates me because all of this back and forth muddles the opinions of tenants - which is the main the purpose for this site. If everyone yells out management after every positive review, it's not fair. Just as the negative reviews are posted, the positives should be. I don't see anyone accusing a negative poster as a disgrunted ex-employee or tebant- but I'm sure it's possible. I want my opinion heard and accounted for. If someone wants to rent here, let them make a decision on the facts presented; not accusations of fake posts. And for the record, the townhouses don't cost THAT much more than the apartments...my townhome is only $175 more a month than the largest 2 bedroom.
