You and I must be living in a different St. Andrews. If you want to see the gangs and thugs just hang out here any Friday or Saturday night. That is if you do live here and aren't the management writing another bogus review. And wow, you say you aren't the management so that must make it so. LOL.
Perhaps the "a lot worse" you have seen are a whole lot less expensive. That is the gripe. It's too much money for what it is, and the place is totally misrepresented.
The apartment itself is decent, but the area, forget it for the money. You can live in a better place for the same money.

Are the gangs you are talking about the 10 year olds playing basketball? I rarely see ANYONE walking around at night. Do you have racisim issues or something?

Hardly. The gangs I am referring to roam the complex on weekends, blaring loud music in junk cars, throwing bottles and garbage, and sometimes fighting and the police have to be called. Trying to discredit an honest review by accusing someone of racism is pretty slimy and typical of the office and their dishonest posts on here. Seems you people in the office have honesty "issues" with your phoney posts.
