The negative reports on here are troubling to me.
My only negative is the price. I live in a 3rd floor 3 bedroom with nearly NO neighbors so obviously for me it's quiet.
Management was VERY responsive to me when an issue arose a couple of months ago. They really did more then I requested.
I imagine there will always be some annoying moments when one lives in an apartment.
But I have not had any major negative experiences.
These are he best looking apartments in northern Delaware. And they are comfortable.
I think some of the negative reviews are just by people who had exceptional experiences and now they are bitter.
If you must rent rather then buy, I reccomend St Andrews.
Just check out your new neighbors first before you sign anything................
