My opinions on St. Andrews

I lived in St. Andrews Apartments from June 2003 - June 2004. I moved in with three roommates and when I did, the apartments were fairly new. The unit I lived in was on King James Court - we were the first tenants to occupy the unit we moved into. During the time I lived in St. Andrews, I would give it an excellent rating - I talked highly to everyone about the community. My family and friends would come to visit and commented on how nice it was. I never felt uneasy about coming home from work late at night, nor did I feel uneasy about taking a walk late at night - the paths were well lit and everything seemed kosher. The leasing office was helpful for the most part - there were times when responses were slow, but other than that, things were okay. In my opinion, the person who knew what she was really doing was Lisa. Management changed so many times, so I'm not sure who is in there now. I noticed over time that some of the tenants who moved into other areas of the community were having a lot of parties - I noticed this after I moved out. The other two people I was living with moved into a two-bedroom townhouse. The townhouses are nice, but the rooms are extremely small for the price you pay. The downfall for St. Andrews is the neighborhood across RT. 40 - it's not the greatest. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

Wish it was still that way, it's not. The Management is the office changed and this place is awful. It was totally misrepresented to me by dishonest Management only interested in $$$.
