I lived here about a yeah and a half ago. I lived here one year, and had nothing but problems. Re: "Wonderful Review", does the rental office really think past and current tenants don't know by now that the Rental Office writes their own reviews on here to try to up the ratings''' I was new to the area, so looked at this place, and thought it was ok. It wasn't. I lived by the train. While the Management isn't responsible for that, they never said a word about the frequency of which trains rumble by, sometimes at 3:00 AM. On the weekends, the drunks, rowdy kids ect come out to play. Blaring music, sometimes the police being called ect. My car was vandalized once, and the attitude of the office was one of total indifference. The surrounding area is bad, ie trailer parks, strip malls, and for the price you would expect better. The apartment I did like, and maintenance was prompt and courteous. But the office to deal with was devious and sneaky. It was a pain moving out, I had my apartment spotless and they still tried to charge me for a dirty oven, which they finally back down on. In short, if you are considering this place, hang out here one weekend, talk to the current tenants and ask them what they think. You won't get straight answers from the office.
